Good Leadership Skills, How To Develop Them And Why Their Crucial For Your Success

Are You Truly Prepared To Show Off Your Leadership Skills In Your Industry?

Are You Truly Ready To be A Leader In Your Industry?Leadership skills have nothing to do with your financial status, believe it or not. Saying that you are and actually being one are two completely different stories. Let me explain.

In business, being recognized as a leader or person of influence has a huge impact on your results and outcomes, especially in the “financial” department.

This is why so many people in the network marketing industry try with all of their might to become a well-known, proven leader.

The only problem with that is that they are focused on the outer qualities and do not realize that leadership starts from within.

It starts with actually recognizing in yourself that you ACTUALLY have what it takes to be the person you’ve always dreamed of. The person that you see in your mind and that silently, you admire and want to become with every cell in your body!

So again, I ask you, are you truly prepared to be a leader in your industry?

Either you ARE or you AREN’T Using Your Leadership Skills!

Here’s my real-life example:

“It’s only been a little over a year now when I decided to begin a new career in network marketing. And as many of you already know, this industry can be vicious when it comes to creating a “Leader” appearance as it WILL be tested. So in my journey, I’ve gone through what I believe to be the biggest transformation in my life, the establishing of a strong self-esteem! This is one of the issues so many face, and it was a MAJOR issue for me. I worked as a lonely mechanic, with no actual social interaction but with a few other fellow employees and a ton of metal in between us (cars, trucks, construction equipment, etc.). So in order for me to develop this LEADER mindset, it was literally like pulling teeth. I had to fight myself every single day to remind myself that I AM A LEADER, even if my subconscious mind said otherwise. But with developing a habit of daily mindset exercises beginning with reading powerful books, and a ton of hard work, I’ve reached that level of leadership I was originally looking for, and this is only the beginning!”

Developing leadership skills is simply having the confidence in yourself to overcome challenges, in being determined to receive the highest education regarding your specific industry, and developing a strong mindset regarding failures and their effects on your mindset and business.

It’s not as complicated as people make it out to be. It’s simple, REALLY!

How many leadership skills seeds are you planting?

In business and in any other need for leadership qualities, seeds MUST be planted. But this doesn’t mean that you will only plant a few seeds and expect them to grow into a forest.

It takes time, patience, and a willingness to break through the upsets and failures in order to become a strong leader, one that others will look at as their solution provider.

Here’s just a few characteristics you’ll need to develop in becoming that true leader you know you are. Leaders:

  1. Are focused
  2. Determined to succeed
  3. Have an understanding that success only comes when your focus is not on it, when it’s on leading others to success first
  4. Commit themselves every day, from morning to night, on developing a higher value in themselves in order to share that knowledge with others
  5. Are humble
  6. Are passionate about their reason for doing what they do (their WHY)
  7. Lead by example
  8. Rely on the social interaction of their team to continue moving forward
  9. Become very intolerant of negativity and just pure ignorance
  10. And finally, ALWAYS make time for those that are important to them (ie: family)

But understand this one thing, only YOU can determine when you’ve reached the level of “Leader”, and only YOU will determine when that will be.

Very inspiring post Pablo, it reminded me of what i should be conscious of when dealing with peers and people around me.

What really struck a chord was point 9 (intolerance of negativity), up until now i was ‘polite’ with people who were negative or ignorant (sometimes both) but now i have a zero tolerance with these people ..and trust me things are much better

    Keep on rocking dude
